Lady Gaga Strips Down to Discuss Bulimia Battle in Wake of Weight-Gain Criticism

Lady Gaga knows that outer-beauty isn't everything. On Tuesday, the 26-year-old pop star posted a revealing photo of herself wearing only a bra and underwear on LittleMonsters.com. She tweeted to her fans to "join A BODY REVOLUTION," and captioned the somber photo of herself "Bulimia and anorexia since I was 15." She also posted another lingerie shot of herself. "To inspire Bravery. and BREED some m$therf*cking COMPASSION," she wrote. "My mother and I created the BORN THIS WAY FOUNDATION for one reason: 'to inspire bravery,'" Gaga wrote. "This profile is an extension of that dream. Be brave and celebrate with us your 'perceived flaws,' as society tells us. May we make our flaws famous, and thus redefine the heinous." She also asked fans to "be brave and post a photo of you that celebrates your triumph over insecurities." Gaga addressed the snarky comments (including The Talk hosts speculating about a possible pregnancy) about her figure during a recent chat with radio host Elvis Duran on his syndicated morning show. "I'm dieting right now because I gained, like, 25 pounds," she said. "I really don't feel bad about it, not even for a second. I have to be on such a strict diet constantly. It's hard because it's a quite vigorous show, so I tend to bulk up, get muscular, and I really don't like that. So I'm trying to find a new balance.
