Two days ago Miley Cyrus was photographed on the balcony of her Miami hotel, smoking a very suspicious-looking cigarette. Now the pics have been released, and people say she's definitely smoking weed. Miley was also not wearing her engagement ring at the time, which made people wonder whats happening in her relationship with fiance Liam Hemsworth.
